FUNCTIONS

  1. Quality benchmarking for a variety of activities is developed and applied.
  2. Academic and administrative parameters for the institution.
  3. By creating a learner-centric environment conducive to quality education and faculty maturation to adopt the required knowledge and technology for participatory teaching and learning.
  4. Collection and analysis of feedback from all stakeholders on quality-related institutional processes.
  5. Dissemination of information on various quality parameters to all stakeholders.
  6. Promotion of quality circles, inter-institutional workshops, and seminars on quality-related topics.
  7. Documentation of the various programs/activities leading to quality improvement.
  8. Coordinate quality-related activities of the Institution, including the adoption and dissemination of best practices.
  9. Establishment and maintenance of institutional databases through MIS to maintain/enhance institutional quality.
  10. Periodical conduct of Academic and Administrative Audit and its follow-up.
  11. Preparation and submission of the SSR and later, the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) as per guidelines and parameters of NAAC.
